A Chinese woman who survived the brutal and lethal regime of Mao Zedong recently spoke out against the school board in Loudoun County, Virginia, criticizing them for their adoption and championing of the racist educational trend of Critical Race Theory. She warned them that the curriculum “seems very familiar” in that it teaches using the same template and arguments if you simply exchange the words “class” for “race.” She said that CRT is the American equivalent “of the Chinese Cultural Revolution.”

Only given one minute for comment, the Chinese woman didn’t waste time getting to the heart of the matter, saying that she’s “very alarmed” by the recent curriculum in the schools, and said that they are training the youth “to be social justice warriors” who “loathe our country and our history.” She warned that she remembers growing up in Maoist China, and how familiar CRT is to the Communist regime’s use of “critical theory” in order to “divide people.”

She continued by saying that during the Chinese Cultural Revolution, she saw firsthand how “students and teachers” would “turn against each other.” She said that other common practice was to “[change] school names to be politically correct,” as well as “denounce our heritage.” She further stated that the Red Guards actively destroyed everything that was not in line with Communism, to include “old statues, books, and anything else.”

Another aspect of the Chinese Cultural Revolution was how students were encouraged to snitch on one another, reporting unpatriotic activity to the authorities. She said that the Communist program was identical to existing American programs such as the Bias Reporting system and the Student Equity Ambassador program.

In her short speech, she concluded that CRT “has its roots in cultural Marxism” and therefore “should have no place in our schools.”

Loudoun County parents have filed a federal suit against the school board on the grounds that school leadership is violating students’ right to free speech. The lawsuit specifically targets the aforementioned reporting programs, which encourage students to anonymously report instances of ‘racist behavior’ through online forms.

You may remember the lone capitol rioters who was fatally shot in the Capitol building on Jan 6. Well, she may finally be getting the justice she deserves. Her family has taken legal action again the Capitol Police to learn the name of the officer that killer her, and to receive footage of the fatal incident.

Ashlie Babbitt ran in with the mob of MAGA Americans that ‘stormed’ the Capitol during the counting of the votes for the Electoral College. She was an Air Force veteran and she was shot by a Capitol police office while trying to gain access to the Speaker’s Lobby in the Capitol House of Representatives building. She tried to gain access by climbing through a broken window.

Her Husband, Aaron Babbitt, filed a complaint last week to the Superior D.C Court, claiming that the Police Department did not comply with a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) he requested in mid-May. The CPD refused to provide the footage and materials requested and in fact, they didn’t respond at all.

The family lawyer says the reasons they are filing the lawsuit is to gain more information for the family about the shooting. This suit is separate from their other suit in which Babbitt is demanding more than $10 million in fees to cover the loss to their family.

The legal action claims that the CPD violated Ashli’s constitutional right when they used excess for to kill her. The claim also states that the offending officer did not receive any discipline, training or other supervision after the murder.

DOJ closed their investigation into Ashli’s death all the way back in April, stating that they are not pursuing criminal charges for the officer. They claim there is not enough evidence to warrant criminal prosecution.

DOJ claims that their investigation made it clear that the shooting officer felt he was doing something necessary and was doing it in self-defense and to protect the congressional members of the United States as well as many others that were fleeing from rioters. He filed a single shot at Babbitt, which fatally wounded her.

However, the family disagrees and thinks the shooting is obviously a case for excessive force. They won’t rest until they get justice.

Vice President Kamala Harris just messed up so badly during her trip to Mexico and Guatemala – that even her own team was reportedly left “perplexed” by her answers.

The team was particularly disturbed when she responded to NBC host Lester Holt’s question on why she hadn’t been to the U.S.-Mexico border with “I haven’t been to Europe,” according to reports.

“There was certainly progress, but there are now concerns that some of that progress may have been overshadowed by her answers to some of these questions that her team knew that she would be facing,” CNN reporter Jeremy Diamond reported.

“Some administration officials are quietly perplexed about the Vice President’s answers to some questions, in particular the particular question she got from Lester Holt where she equated the question about the border with Europe. There was hope the trip would be a success, and in the end, they feel it may have been overshadowed by some of her answers to these questions,” he added.

During the interview with Holt, she said, “at some point, you know, we are going to the border. We’ve been to the border. So, this whole, this whole, this whole thing about the border. We’ve been to the border. We’ve been to the border.”

Holt responded: “YOU haven’t been to the border.”

“I, and I haven’t been to Europe,” Harris responded. “And I mean, I don’t — I don’t understand the point that you’re making,” Harris said with a laugh. She added: “I’m not discounting the importance of the border.”

Harris was lambasted by lawmakers on both sides as she seemingly made a joke of the crisis at the border that has occurred under the Biden administration.

During her trip, she also told migrants in Guatemala “do not come,” prompting a new round of criticism, and in Mexico City a day later said there was “no question” her work in Central America would have a positive effect on the region.

“The issue of root causes is not going to be solved in two days,” Harris said. “It is not a new issue for the United States to feel the root causes on our shores.”

Meanwhile, the Democrats’ border crisis has hit new heights – with law enforcement officials apprehending more illegal aliens trying to enter the U.S. than in any other month on record at the Department of Homeland Security, which was founded in 2002.

“In May 2021, CBP encountered 180,034 persons attempting entry along the Southwest Border,” U.S. Customs and Border Protection said in a statement. “Single adults continue to make up the majority of these encounters.”

The disastrous border numbers for last month represented a staggering 674% increase vs. May of 2020 when 23,237 illegal aliens were apprehended. Last month’s numbers were the worst numbers in more than two decades.

The Trump administration turned around the situation on the border starting late during Fiscal Year 2019 and kept them low throughout Fiscal Year 2020. Biden’s border crisis has worsened every month that he has been in office in terms of the number of illegal aliens apprehended at the southern border – and it doesn’t look to be slowing anytime soon.

America may be unthawing from the catastrophic events of the past year-and-a-half, but Democrats aren’t making it any easier. Thankfully there is strong Republican opposition to COVID tyranny handed down by the President and many Democrat governors who insist on keeping Americans cooped up despite plummeting cases, increasing vaccine rates, and shrinking death counts.

Republican Governor of Texas Greg Abbott is the latest to stand up to liberal COVID tyranny. He followed Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis when signing a bill preventing Texas businesses from mandating vaccine passports.

Abbott bolstered his previous ban on the passports, which he implemented for federal buildings earlier last month. The legislation Gov. Abbott signed this week now targets the private sector, preventing any business from discriminating against those who refuse vaccination, or who wish to keep their medical records private.

Texas Senate Bill 968 does just that.

“Texas is open 100%, and we want to make sure that you have the freedom to go where you want without limits,” he said at the signing ceremony.

Consequences for violating Senate Bill 968 are severe. Businesses in violation of Abbott’s vaccine passport ban would be in jeopardy of losing state contracts and/or any licenses or permits issued by the state of Texas.

Senate Bill 968 takes effect immediately, so Texans statewide can enjoy freedom from the COVID tyranny Americans face in other states. The bill does, however, permit business to screen for COVID-19 in accordance with state and federal law to prevent a further spread of the virus.

Governor Abbott has been arguably the most aggressive Republican governor to reopen his state, along with the aforementioned Gov. Ron DeSantis. In March, long before any Democrat broached the subject, Abbott declared Texas “100% open” as he removed that statewide mask mandate.

The Texas Republican immediately received immense backlash from the federal government, namely the embattled Dr. Fauci, who warned against removing the mask mandate. However, the governor was proven right and cases in Texas have yet to spike since March, following a similar downtrend shared by even the most “masked” states.

Those on the Right have often spoken out against vaccine passports, saying they infringe on personal liberties. So far, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Texas have banned their use. The Biden administration seemed to signal opposition against them as well, instead relying on private corporations to push them instead.

States with Far-Left leaders have sanctioned vaccine passports. New York, Hawaii, and Illinois have all approved their use.

Kamala Harris continues to deploy her signature giggle when confronted with tough questions related to the border crisis that she’s been tasked with cleaning up. Despite the ongoing humanitarian crisis her administration created, VP Harris routinely laughs it off in the face of reporters and the American people. She is sending a clear message that the Biden administration isn’t concerned with the fixing the crisis if it means getting in the way of their open-border agenda.

After returning from her first foreign trip to Latin America, Kamala Harris sat down the an NBC reporter who walked on egg shells and treated her with kid gloves.

However, Lester Holt did press her momentarily, asking the VP why during her trip she refused to visit the US-Mexico border.

Kamala’s response was dripping with her typical laughter and smugness as she replied:

“And I haven’t been to Europe. And I mean, I don’t understand the point that you’re making…”

Early on in the interview, Kamala totally dodged Holt’s direct question when he asked why she’s yet to visit the border, however she later gave a terse response, repeating the same liberal talking points every member open-border Democrat uses today.

“We have to fix what’s happening at the border. There’s no debate about that. But we have to identify the reason why people are arriving. We have to understand the problem so we can fix it.”

Here, Kamala alludes to the invisible monster of “climate change” as a main driver behind northern migration from Latin America. Her communications team has repeatedly used this as an excuse for the sudden surge of illegal immigration, despite it happening simultaneously with Biden’s decision to reverse Trump’s policies.

When pressed on her lack of face time at the border, Kamala attempts to assert herself by repeating, over an over again, “We’ve been to the border. We’ve been to the border. We’ve been to the border.”

The Vice President is not doing herself any favors. Many are already questioning her erratic behavior after she handed out cookies in her likeness to a group of reporters before departing for Guatemala in Air Force 2.

Customs and Border Protection data shows the number of illegal border crossings this fiscal year have already toppled numbers not since 2006 — and there are still four months to go. Still, this remains a laughing matter for Vice President Kamala Harris.

Joe Biden tasked Kamala with tackling the border crisis, putting her in charge of handing the surge of illegal immigration from Central America.

Border Democrats have even joined forces with Republican critics of the Harris. Democrat Rep. Henry Cueller of Texas has repeatedly called out the Vice President for refusing to visit the crisis that she’s supposed to be managing.

While in Guatemala, Harris swayed from her typical niceties in a direct message to potential US border crossers. She warned” “Do not come; do not come!” during a press conference after her bilateral meeting with the Guatemalan President.

“I want to be clear to folks in this region who are thinking about making that dangerous trek to the United States-Mexico border: Do not come. Do not come.”

Like a parrot, Kamala regurgitated the same line to reporters, on her Twitter account, and to the American people. She’s working on the “root causes” of irregular migration to the US-Mexico border. That phrase, “root causes” seems to emerge from the VP’s lips over-and-over again, a tactic proven to be effective for her.

Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis took the fight to communist China – signing two powerful bills into law that largely were crafted with the intent of taking action against China.

DeSantis’ signings come as Democrat President Joe Biden has essentially rolled over when it comes to confronting America’s biggest foreign threat.

The two bills signed by DeSantis at the press conference aimed to stop the spread of foreign influence in the state and to strengthen penalties against those convicted of espionage.

DeSantis also gave a fiery speech, which is featured later on in this report, where he lambasted China and called them an “adversary,” something a much weaker Biden has refused to do.

The first bill, HB 7017, specifically mentions China while the second bill, HB 1523 (Combatting Corporate Espionage in Florida Act), does not. However, DeSantis repeatedly gave examples that specifically referred to China while he was discussing the need for HB 1523.

DeSantis did not mince words on his thoughts about communist China during a fiery speech that he delivered before he signed the bills. The Florida Governor warned that China has infiltrated nearly every industry in the U.S. and is trying to shape U.S. policy and culture while stealing American trade secrets.

DeSantis also blamed the pandemic squarely on China and repeatedly mentioned China’s deception and talked about the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

“We’re here today to sign two important pieces of legislation into law. And the goal of these bills is to stop, combat nefarious foreign influence and corporate espionage in Florida. If you look at what’s gone on now, with the coronavirus pandemic, and the cover up of the origins of COVID-19, it’s pretty clear that this was a virus that almost assuredly leaked out of this lab in Wuhan,” DeSantis said.

He continued, “This is a lab where these scientists were working very closely with the Communist Party of China, as well as the Chinese military. When you had these folks fall ill who are working in that lab last fall, the Communist Party of China decided to cover it up. They didn’t give any information out. They didn’t ask for any assistance. They didn’t give a heads up to anybody. They tried to cover it up. And basically, the world has had to endure over a year and a half of a lot of bad stuff as a result of this. So they covered it up. And they need to be held accountable for this.”

DeSantis further said, “And so I think what this has exposed is you do have relationships between a lot of these institutions in China, particularly in the research realm, and bureaucrats in the United States. You have a whole bunch of other institutions and so our bills today, focus on foreign influence writ large … the seven countries that are identified specifically, of course, the Communist Party of China, but yes, communist Cuba, Venezuela, all those and it’s all very important. But I think if you look right now, there is no single entity that exercises a more pervasive, nefarious influence across a wide range of American industries and institutions than the Communist Party of China.”

“Academia in the United States, is permeated with influence. And I’ll go through some of the people, you have researchers getting indicted, this is very common to see researchers at major institutions, including in Florida, and also around the country, getting indicted for being in cahoots with the Chinese government. You look at corporate media, in the entertainment industry in this country, they are in the pocket of the Communist Party of China.”

“ … You look at corporate media in this country, they were on the vanguard of trying to suppress the truth about the lab leak theory, they’ve got deep financial ties to the Chinese government and the Chinese Communist Party. And we just have to call it for what it is.”

“Big tech also runs interference for the Communist Party of China. You know, people were trying to search for the Tank Man in Tiananmen Square on Bing recently, and it had no results came up. That’s very curious. Microsoft’s, ‘Oh, was just an oversight, it was a mistake or whatever,’ really? That’s a pretty convenient mistake to have. But you see time and time again, the big tech giants, it seems like when they put their thumb on the scale, they’re almost always putting their thumb on the scale in favor of protecting the Communist Party of China.”

“… And so all we are doing today is saying, enough is enough. We’ve got to start fighting back. And so the state of Florida is doing that.”

“We knew that we needed to stand up, we knew that we needed to start taking a stand against this, because it’s really gotten out of hand. And I really hope that we’re going to have accountability for the origins of the COVID pandemic, because this just, this did not need to happen. And yes, the Chinese Communist Party is primarily to blame.”

China has grown more emboldened with America under President Biden’s leadership as he has largely avoided the issue of the threat that China presents to the United States.

Without bold leadership willing to stand up to China the way that DeSantis is, the United States could be in for a world of trouble at the hands of the communist country.

In a surprising move from an administration known for its non-stop pandering to the radical left, Biden’s Defense Department indicated that they will not allow the Pride flag to be flown at its installations.

The DOD indicated they do not Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s beliefs on flying the LGBT pride flag.

In April it was reported that, “Secretary of State Antony Blinken has issued a blanket authorization for U.S. diplomatic outposts around the world to fly the Pride flag on the same flagpole as the U.S. flag at their embassy or consulate showcasing support for LGBTQ rights. The directive marks a departure from how the Trump administration handled the matter while the State Department was run by former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.”

The report continued, “In a confidential cable reviewed by Foreign Policy and sent to diplomatic posts around the world, Blinken gave authority for diplomats to fly the Pride flag before May 17, which marks the international day against homophobia, transphobia, and biphobia, as well as June, which in the United States and many other countries is Pride month.”

More recently, however, Defense Department spokesman John Kirby stated, “After some careful consideration the department will maintain the existing policy regarding the display” at military bases.

“There won’t be an exception made for the Pride flag. This in no way reflects any lack of respect or admiration for the LGBTQ+ community. This was really more about the potential … for other challenges that could arise from that exception,” Fox News reported.

On May 25, it was also reported that Blinken gave U.S. embassies permission to fly the Black Lives Matter Flag:

“U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has authorized U.S. embassies around the world to fly Black Lives Matter (BLM) flags and banners, according to an internal cable reviewed by Foreign Policy, as part of the administration’s response to the one-year anniversary of the police murder of George Floyd that sparked international outrage and a nationwide reckoning on systemic racism.

The U.S. State Department cable gives chiefs of missions, who head U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide, “blanket written authorization” to display BLM flags and banners as “appropriate in light of local conditions.” It stresses the directive is an “authorization, not a requirement.””

Fox News pointed out that an internal State Department memo stated, “We encourage posts to focus on the need to eliminate systemic racism and its continued impact,” more dangerous rhetoric coming out of the Biden administration.

Political commentator Candace Owens, at the time of Blinken’s decision to fly BLM flags, blasted the move, saying , “The U.S. embassies are celebrating black death.”

“The consequence of the Black Lives Matter movement — and I cringe when people call it Black Lives Matter protests, because, you know what, Tucker, it is Black Lives Matter riots.”

Owens continued, “The cities burned for six weeks straight following the death of George Floyd. Black neighborhoods were rioted, they were looted and it led to more black death. Way more black Americans died during the Black Lives Matter riots than the one black American that was killed by a police officer that allegedly started this entire spree.”
