Zelensky is official the leader of the “free” world; it’s no longer the President of the United States.
As basically the entire world lauds the Ukrainian President as some sort of hero, he’s slowly beginning to show his true colors as he spends more time in the international spotlight. No other time in history has a foreign leader successfully lobbied so openly and brazenly for financial and military assistance for a war that has such low geopolitical stakes.
Ultimately Russia wants to protect its border from encroaching world governments after a series of promises from NATO were broken, signaling to Putin that he must act. That being said, no one should have to undergo the trauma associated with military violence — but you can thank globalist liberals like Joe Biden for that.
Zelensky is begging for money and military equipment to anyone who’ll listen — but his latest ask has rubbed some people the wrong way.
The Ukrainian President appeared on yet another zoom call to ask for military assistance, this time with Israel, on Sunday. He evoked the Holocaust during a fiery speech in which he urged the Jewish nation to help prevent Putin’s “Final Solution,” a reference to Adolf Hitler’s plan to eliminate the world of Jews.
Meanwhile, Ukraine has a sordid history with open anti-Semitism; they’ve never concealed their hatred for Jews. In fact, David Duke of KKK fame received his PhD from a university in Ukraine.
Zelenskyy told lawmakers: “102 years after the Nazi party was established, on February 24, an order was given for a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine,” before demanding to know why Israel hasn’t stepped up in the war against Russia.
“We can ask why we can’t receive weapons from you, why Israel has not imposed powerful sanctions on Russia or is not putting pressure on Russian business. Either way, the choice is yours to make, brothers and sisters, and you must then live with your answer, the people of Israel,” the Ukrainian President added.
Zelensky criticizes #Israel:
"You can mediate, but can’t mediate between good & evil.
Why are we not receiving protection from 🇮🇱?
Why are we not getting your Iron Dome?
Why hasn't 🇮🇱 joined sanctions against 🇷🇺?”pic.twitter.com/grq39Y7EwT#UkraineRussiaWar #Jewish @IsraeliPM— Jewish News Agency (™) (@JewishNewsUSA) March 21, 2022
Zelensky certainly didn’t do a good job at winning of Israel especially after invoking the Holocaust during his critical speech.
Perhaps Israel isn’t necessarily enthusiastic about helping a nation who so brazenly (up until now) hated Jews? Zelensky’s ethnic background is helping smooth that path with Israel, but there’s no erasing the very recent past.
