When will Republicans finally take a page from Ron DeSantis’ book and start telling whack job leftists to get lost?
Ron DeSantis has developed a winning strategy in dealing with crazed left-wing ideologues who push their harmful agenda on school children:
Never accept their premises and never give them an inch.
DeSantis has been a leading voice in the America First movement, especially during the heigh of Fauci’s China Virus pandemic that nearly collapsed the entire country. The Florida governor has also launched a major counterattack against radical LGBT activists who insist on proselytizing school children.
DeSantis caused nationwide controversy when he signed an anti-groomer bill into law that stated children in kindergarten through third grade were not to be instructed on radical gender ideology, including lessons on sexual orientation. This was dubbed by supporters as an anti-groomer bill.
The left attempted to cancel DeSantis, referring to his anti-groomer legislation as the “Don’t Say Gay” Bill, but it didn’t stick.
An appearance in New York City at a Jewish leadership conference inspired disgruntled LGBTQUIALMNOP+ activists to protest DeSantis at the event.
On Sunday, the activists gathered with signs that read, “Say Gay,” and, “Not during pride month,” as the Republican governor spoke at the conference, organized by the conservative Tikvah Fund group.

DeSantis responded to the protest during an interview on Fox & Friends Monday morning.
“I’m not going to let them cancel me,” DeSantis said.
“Yeah, they demagogued that bill, but if it wasn’t that bill, it would be something else. Look, these are leftists, and the fact of the matter is, they are having a spasm about me because we’re winning in Florida. They see that, and they don’t like that,” he continued.
“After all, as the governor of Florida, I of anyone should be able to speak in front of all these future Florida voters that are moving down to my state,” DeSantis added, chuckling.
The Florida Republican even called out pro-abortion activists rioting in front of the Supreme Court Building. DeSantis noted how it seems only protestors with a certain political ideology are permitted to riot against the government.

DeSantis said his battle with Disney over its self-governing Reedy Creek Improvement District and backlash over legislation that sought to preserve parental rights regarding children’s education is an example of corporations virtue signaling with false narratives.
He’s since removed Disney’s self-governance status. The pro-groomer corporation has now considered moving its amusement parks to California — a deep blue state that supports teaching children about gay sex.
