White House OKs ‘Domestic Terrorist’ Label For Parents

Well, there you have it.

Just when you thought it couldn’t get more corrupt, more vile, more evil; the truth comes flying at you, hitting you over the head until you realize just how crazy this administration is.

Americans have the impression that government agencies act independently of each other, which act all act independently of the White House. It’s hard to imagine every arm of the federal government secretly colluding with one another to implement harrowing policies that effect us all.

Or is it that hard to imagine?

On Thursday, Attorney General Merrick Garland admitted his Justice Department spoke with the White House about the National School Boards Association letter likening parent protests to “domestic terrorism” before then issuing its memo on alleged violence and intimidation, while the White House was in talks with the NSBA about the letter prior to its publishing.

Garland on Thursday testified that he thought it was “appropriate” for the White House colluding with NSBA.

During a House Judiciary Committee hearing, Rep. Jim Jordan asked Garland if it was just a coincidence the NSBA sent a letter to Biden and just five days later Garland issued his memo. After attempting to dodge the question, Garland admitted the letter was “brought to our attention” and was a “relevant factor.” Garland claimed to have first read the NSBA letter in the news.

In other words, the White House was admittedly in communication with the NSBA, who claims anti-Critical Race Theory parents are threatening educators. White House officials then advised the NSBA to pen a letter to Garland and the Department of Justice, who then released the memo labeling said parents as “domestic terrorists.”

This collusion is remarkable.

Garland admitted: “I am sure that the communication from the National Association of School Boards was discussed between the White House and the Justice Department, and that’s perfectly appropriate.”

In January, Biden has this to say about the integrity of the Department of Justice:

What a joke.

Biden also told Garland: “You won’t work for me. You are not the president’s or the vice president’s lawyer. Your loyalty is not to me. It’s to the law, the Constitution, the people of this nation to guarantee justice.”

What happened to that, Joe?

Merrick’s memo was released a few days after the NSBA argued to Biden that “the classification of these heinous actions could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes” and called upon the DOJ to review whether the Patriot Act could be deployed.

Rep. Jordan proceeded to ask Garland if the DOJ has reviewed the so-called “disturbing spike” of crime against teachers as cited by the NSBA.

Garland – in all seriousness – admitted that he relied on the “facts” in the letter and what was reported in the newspaper to justify labeling parents as domestic terrorists.

It gets worse:

New emails from within the NSBA itself that were obtained by the Free Beacon and released by the Parents Defending Freedom activist group show top members of the NSBA had been consulting with the White House about the letter. NSBA President Viola Garcia and Interim Director and CEO Chip Slaven cosigned the letter to Biden, but seem to have kept other board members in the dark, with the new emails showing pushback from other board members.

Board members have begun distancing themselves from the letter.

The level or corruption is almost unbelievable.
