Sen. Joe Manchin is playing up his ‘moderate’ reputation after advocating for Biden’s ridiculous spending bill that will raise taxes on middle-class Americans.
After receiving immense backlash from voters, Manchin is distancing himself from Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats as to not appear radical or too progressive amid a period of record-high inflation — a true act of cowardice!
While Manchin may have sided with his Republican counterparts by vowing to destroy Biden’s “Build Back Better” agenda, he’s come back full force in support of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, which the failing President totally supports.
Manchin has essentially back peddled from earlier promises never to support massive spending bills while Americans struggle with inflation, and he’s dealing with the fallback by totally distancing himself from Joe Biden and the Democrats.
On Sunday, the West Virginia Democrat remained neutral on whether he hopes Democrats keep control of Congress after the 2022 midterm elections. He also expressed a lack of interest in Biden’s reelection.
Manchin, a centrist senator who sometimes frustrates his Democratic colleagues by opposing legislation favored by the liberal wing of the party, instead touted his ability to work with members across the aisle.

Manchin has long disparaged what he deems “partisan gamesmanship,” arguing that he will work with whoever is elected in November. But nothing is more cowardly than that.
Manchin is in the process of going for a “full Ginsberg,” appearing on all five major Sunday morning talk shows today. In a separate appearance on ABC, the centrist refused to support Joe Biden’s reelection.

JOE MANCHIN: "Everybody’s worried about the elections—that’s the problem.”

Manchin’s television time is largely centered on a deal he announced Wednesday with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer on alternate legislation to Build Back Better called the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, but his cowardice toward the very people he made the deal with is a true sign of untrustworthiness.
Manchin, who opposed Build Back Better, saying its $2.4 trillion price tag was too high, has argued the reconciliation bill will get our “economic and financial house in order.”
So, why not come out in full force for your own party? Manchin – once again – proving he’s not to be trusted.
