Pelosi Names Republican To Partisan Jan 6 Committee — Guess Who?

On Thursday morning House Speaker Nancy Pelosi graced reporters with her incredibly odd-looking appearance to announce the appointees for the ultra-partisan House select committee tasked with investigation the events leading up the and after the Capitol 6 protests.

One Republican was including in Pelosi’s appointees, and it comes as no shock to anyone who that Republican be. None of that RINO war-monger Rep. Liz Cheney.

Cheney is the only Republican whom Pelosi has appointed, so far. She also appointed the following seven Democrats:

  • Homeland Security Committee Chairman Bennie Thompson (MS)
  • House Administration Committee Zoe Lofgren (CA)
  • House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (CA)
  • Rep. Pete Aguilar (CA)
  • Rep. Stephanie Murphy (FL)
  • Rep. Jamie Raskin (MD)
  • Rep. Elaine Luria (VA)

Cheney was one of two Republicans to vote to establish the select committee. The other Republican was Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL).

Pelosi will appoint an additional five members after consultation with Republican Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), for a total of 13.

Pelosi waxed hysterical during a fiery speech on the House floor intended to drum up enthusiasm for the pair of radical election bill currently swirling the Capitol building. Both laws would radically alter the process of America’s democracy, and Pelosi’s commission will result in nothing if not further suppression of thought and discourse, especially from conservatives.

Pelosi has fully exploited the events on Jan 6. for her political gain. Calling the debacle “the worse crime in American history, “ completely ignoring the murderous acts of terror that have inflicted our nation, the House Speaker is taking every opportunity to, every big of leverage she can grasp at to pass her radical election reform bills.
