Biden Demands Obedience Despite Getting Shut Down By The Courts

Democrat President Joe Biden is reportedly urging businesses – once again – to implement his tyrannical vaccine mandate, despite a federal court recently blocking the order.

The judge who blocked the mandates, cited potential “grave statutory and constitutional” issues.

Nevertheless Biden and his team are moving forward with a renewed push to get businesses in the habit of forcing vaccinations on their employees.

A senior administration official said, “We’re asking businesses to step forward and do what’s right to protect our workers and to protect our communities, which is to put in place some sort of vaccination requirement or testing requirements for the workplace.

The Biden administration’s vax mandate, implemented and enforced through the Department of Labor’s (DOL) Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), forced businesses with 100 or more employees to vaccinate their workforces or conduct costly weekly coronavirus testing.

OSHA later suspended the implementation of the mandate after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit halted the mandate.

The ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit stated the following:

“Before the court is the petitioners’ emergency motion to stay enforcement of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s November 5, 2021 Emergency Temporary Standard (the “Mandate”) pending expedited judicial review.

Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby STAYED pending further action by this court.”

Still, Biden is calling on businesses to push ahead and implement their own vaccination-or-test requirements regardless of the federal government.

Some so-called public health experts believe the White House needs to take a firmer line on pushing states and cities to implement mask mandates in public settings, despite the fact that mandate free Florida was just found to have the lowest COVID-19 infection rates per capita.

President Biden is also expected to announce that his administration is taking more aggressive steps to fight COVID in the coming winter months.

Those steps will reportedly include more strict travel-related restrictions starting next week.

Biden is also expected to announce Thursday that his administration, which has already imposed a ban on international travelers from eight southern African nations, will further tighten testing requirements on all other international travelers entering the country.

The new testing policy, which goes into effect early next week, will require international air travelers to present a negative COVID-19 test within 24 hours of their flight, regardless of vaccination status or nationality.

Officials haven’t ruled out vaccine requirements for domestic air travel, though Fauci indicated Wednesday that he did not favor them.

“We are pulling out all the stops to get people the maximum out of protection as we head into the winter months,” a senior administration official said.

The Increased restrictions coming out of the White House could serve as the latest power grab by the Democrats as federal courts have been halting Biden’s vaccine mandates left and right.
