ANOTHER ONE DOWN: Biden Can’t Hold on to Staffers

Another White House staffer and close confidant of Joe Biden is suddenly leaving his post in what appears to be a mass exodus.

Between Kamala’s tyrannical work habits plus Joe Biden’s ineffectual leadership, the White House is struggling to retain quality staff members. Many have left their positions for other roles in the administration while some have flat out abandoned the Biden-Harris team.

Stephen Goepfert, who Biden refers to as his “body man,” will no longer serve as the President’s personal assistant and will depart his post by the week’s end. Geopfert will join the Department of Transportation in a role not yet known to the public.

According to CNN, which broke the news of Goepfert’s departure on Tuesday, he will be replaced by White House receptionist Jacob Spreyer.

Yes, you read that correctly. Biden’s personal assistant will be replaced by a male receptionist working inside the White House. That proves just how starved this administration is for quality staffers.

“From the campaign to the White House, Stephen Goepfert has been by my side,” Biden said in a statement.

Presidential body men play a significant role not only in the White House, but in the personal lives of the men they serve. Their duties stretch across both the chief executive’s public and private lives, requiring the person holding the job to be present at the president’s side through nearly all hours of the day.

See, we thought Biden’s “body man” was actually his body double just with a more mysterious-sounding name. But, no.

Presidents typically go through several body men, or personal assistants, throughout their time in the White House. Former Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump went through their fair share of body men — amassing two and four personal assistants respectively during their tenure.

Goepfert was first introduced to Biden during the Obama era when Sleepy Joe was still serving as VP. He served as a senior advisor to Biden’s then-chief of staff Steve Ricchetti before eventually taking over as Biden’s full-time personal assistant on the 2020 presidential campaign trail.

Meanwhile, it appears the Biden-Harris White House cannot hold on to quality staff members.

Perhaps they should try hiring based on merit and not whether the applicant checks all the required diversity boxes.
